Join us for an evening at our facility where you can meet the coaches and learn more about how proper strength training and conditioning during the off season will help you better prepare your athletes for the season! During this info session, we’ll be going over some important information with you regarding these camps and why they would be so beneficial for your athletes. Additionally, just for attending, we’ll give you a 10% discount off the camp price!
Summer Camp Description:
All of our camps are strength based with emphasis on injury prevention, speed, endurance, agility, and mobility. Each camp is sport specific to enhance your athlete’s athletic performance and build the muscles that re-enforce the joints other soft tissues to prevent injury from happening.
Includes the following:
- Two 50 min. Training Sessions/Week
- Sport Specific Programming
- One Month Unlimited Access Membership w/ Coached Open Hours
- Access to Workout and Progress Tracking Via Our Mobile App
Note: The Strength & Conditioning Summer Camp that SLC Strength & Conditioning offers is intended for Junior High and High School athletes, ages 12-17.
