Youth Programs

J.H./H.S ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CLASS:

Ages 15-17. This class is held Monday-Thursday at 3:30 pm making this a perfect after school option for student athletes.

YOUTH ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CLASS:

Ages 9-15. This class is held every Wednesday evening at 5 pm and Saturday afternoon at 11:30 am making it easy for parents to get their kids to train after work and school.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

All of our youth classes are strength based with emphasis on injury prevention, speed, endurance, agility, and mobility. The classes are designed to enhance your athlete’s athletic performance and build the muscles that re-enforce the joints other soft tissues to prevent injury from happening. The strength & conditioning youth classes that SLC Strength & Conditioning offers are intended for athletes, ages 9-17.

S&C TEAM TRAINING

Private training sessions for the team are customized and designed with your athletes sport in mind. Our S&C Team Training is great for team bonding and we’ll work with their sport in season or off season. All programs will focus on proper muscular development for increase speed, strength, power, and agility with emphasis on injury prevention. Also included with our Team Training Packages is the implementation of our concussion protocol and education sessions for the athletes and parents
