All of our coaches are knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to helping you succeed with your unique fitness goals with an in-depth workout program and general nutrition and/or lifestyle guidance to aid in supporting your training success at SLC S&C.

Our personal trainers can help the casual gym-goer meet their goals and break through plateaus. They also have experience in the Olympic and collegiate realm, for athletes and members who need to excel at an elite level in their sport.

Faster Results

Personal training is a more customized experience geared toward your needs and is a great way to get the results you want, faster! Our coaches don’t believe in “one size fits all” solutions. All programs are created, in house, by your coach and customized to fit the parameters of your unique health and fitness goals.

This holistic approach tends to drive faster results in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.

Group Personal Training Packages Available

If you’ve got a group of friends or family with similar goals and interests as you, ask us about our Small Group Personal Training Packages (limit 2-4 people to a group)!

Group Personal Training can be highly effective for groups with similar goals that prefer a more private setting but also a social element, and can be more cost effective.
