Dexa Body Composition Analysis Preparation:
Dress in comfortable clothing (Workout clothes are great)
No Fasting is required and Tests can be completed same day of a workout
Maintain a normal hydration level prior to the test
Testing will be held at your Testing Location and not at our Holladay, UT office
