The rumors are true…we’re moving next door!

First and foremost, we are sorry for the delay and anticipation surrounding what’s happening with our current building and the building next door (Fine Art Inn), etc. With that though, we’re happy to finally announce we will be moving into a completely renovated, brand new facility next door later this year (construction has begun and is expected to be completed by July)! This new facility features a completely open main floor layout, with more room for weightlifting areas, 90 ft of turf, and more.

Planning and final details are still in progress; however, we wanted to give a little sneak peek at what the new facility will look like:

(from top left to bottom right: Exterior – Highland Dr., Exterior – Millcreek Common, Interior View – Main floor, Interior Draft Layout – Main Floor)

While we are excited about this new space and opportunity, we did also want to take a few minutes to answer the questions that we’ve received so far and, as we get more information, we will continue to communicate with everyone as proactively as possible throughout this transition.

  •  Will you be closing during this process?
    • No, we are not anticipating a closure at all throughout this process. All current services (classes and personal training) will continue to be made available without interruption.
  • What will parking look like?
    • We will have our very own parking lot in the back (west) of the new facility in addition to dedicated parking spots in the new parking structure that will be constructed later this year.
  • Will there be showers?
    • Yes! More details will be released on this soon – stay tuned!
  • What’s happening to the current building?
    • Our current building and existing parking lots will be converted into multi-use space with a hotel, parking structure, ground level retail with condos on the upper level(s).
  • Additional details and official renderings of this can be found on the millcreekut.gov website here: Millcreek Common Development|Millcreek,UT
  • Where is Fine Art Inn going?
    • Fine Art Inn will be temporarily moving to where the old city hall was while a new space is built for them on the east side of Millcreek Common.

Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks and months – updates will be posted in the facility and on our Instagram page (so give us a follow if you’re not already!)
