We understand that it can be overwhelming researching nutrition, especially when there is an abundance of contradicting information out there (we get it and we hear you, trust us!). With our custom curated monthly guides, created by Registered Dietician, Elise McVicar, we’re breaking through the fad diets and weeding out nutrition fact vs. fiction, providing you with all the necessary knowledge and tools you need so that you can take control of and maintain your nutrition for the long haul!
This exclusive three-month nutrition program is designed to empower, motivate, and educate you on nutrition essentials to set you up for long-term success.
With that, this program is not a diet, it’s not “trending”, and we’re not going to be telling you what you can and cannot eat (it’s not a meal plan either!). This program will teach you the what, how, and why, and when of nutrition to help in facilitating a strong foundation to a lifestyle change with your individual nutrition choices for now and going forward. This program does require a significant amount of dedication and effort on the participants end and will work with determination and commitment. Best of all, we’re here to help!
HOW IT WORKS:
The SLC Nutrition Program will guide you through 12 weeks, (three, 4-week blocks) of intensive learning on foundational nutrition components, essential to having a well balanced diet. This program is extremely hands on and designed to teach you how to integrate good nutrition habits into your day-to-day.
At the beginning of each block, you will receive an electronic Nutrition Packet consisting of a guide, instructions, recipes, and a challenge for that month. It is essential that you focus on honing in on the challenge for the month because we’ll be building on those newly developed skills throughout the session in the following months.Throughout the month, we’ll be sending weekly tips and tricks in addition to checking in on your progress.
